A Savannah Real Estate law firm seeking an experienced real estate paralegal with minimum of 3 -7 years of experience with commercial property transactions.
DAY TO DAY
Responsibilities:
oDraft closing documents including closing statements, etc
oDraft purchase and sales agreement amendments, leases and other transaction documents
oReview property documents and leases
oHandle contract administration and management
oReview & analyze contracts and lease documents
oPre-closing and closing management
oPrepare binders
oReview title and survey documents
REQUIREMENTS:
oBachelor's OR Associates in Paralegal OR 7
years experience
oNotary
o3
years Commercial Real Estate Document Preparation experience
