We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead our security team in Rincon, GA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the site.
Key
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and Georgia security regulations.
Manage scheduling and deployment of security staff Train security team on best practices, emergency response, and customer service Manage and respond to security incidents, maintaining compliance with state reporting requirements.
Keep precise records of security operations Oversee the maintenance of security equipment in line with state regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in security, ideally in an industrial setting.
Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capable of handling high-pressure situations in compliance with state laws.
Familiarity with security systems and technology, as applicable in Georgia.
First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
