The dental treatment plan coordinator will ensure excellent customer service and aid in dental and administrative tx plan coordinating and tasks.
The treatment plan coordinator should be well-organized and have great attention to detail.
Also, he/she should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations.
We prefer the dental treatment plan coordinator to be skilled in providing direct or indirect care and able to make office procedure as smooth as possible.
Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator Job Brief/Responsibilities to include:
Assist the dentist in treatment planning and scheduling communicate effectively to understand patients treatment and explain thoroughly Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Assist the dentist and other team members Undertake front desk tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions when needed Schedule appointments and verify insurance when needed Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures Knowledge of dental terminology and coding Understanding of health & safety regulations Job Start Date:
