6K a year Position Summary.
Provides customers in lobby area with a complex variety of account-related service assistance.
Opens new accounts while utilizing cross-selling techniques and makes decisions regarding appropriate services for customers.
Provides customer service to existing customers.
The work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday plus some Saturday work is required.
Essential Functions Greets and directs customers.
Explains various services and products available utilizing the Haberfeld method and assists customers in selecting these services.
Opens various types of new accounts.
Performs maintenance on customer accounts as needed.
Opens IRAs and Health Savings Accounts and handles specific customer paperwork on request.
Opens and closes safety deposit boxes; assists with inventory of deceased customers? boxes when needed.
Maintains the strictest confidentiality of customer accounts.
Acts in the absence of the Branch Manager for opening and closing the branch ? includes opening and closing vault, assisting with night depository items, securing the branch for safe entrance and exit of all employees, etc.
Is cross-trained on the teller line in order to assist when short staffed or to cover lunch periods.
Performs a variety of other tasks, such as filing, copying, and distributing and opening mail.
Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned by Branch Manager as they relate to the Bank and its functions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
