- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for children.
- Support the lead teacher in creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Help with classroom management and behavior guidance to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation of materials.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special education needs.
- Foster the development of literacy, math, and other cognitive skills through age-appropriate activities.
- Supervise and engage children during playtime and outdoor activities.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate with the lead teacher in implementing educational strategies.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development.
