We are seeking light Maintenance Techs for Full-Time opportunities in a facility located in Rincon, GA.
Pay:
$19.
00 per hour WEEKLY PAY Hours:
Mondays-Fridays, 7:
00am-3:
30pm.

Responsibilities Performing minor repairs and light maintenance tasks throughout the facility (replacing ceiling tiles, installing/removing dispensers, patching/painting walls, unclogging toilets/sinks, replacing light bulbs, pressure cleaning areas, etc.
) Trash removal from bathrooms/break areas/offices throughout the entire facility.
Organizing custodial closets.
Refilling supplies and chemical dispensers.
Performing preventative maintenance work on cleaning equipment.
Helping with heavy cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to handle physical workload.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete assigned work each day.
Positive Attitude and the ability to work well as a team or independently.
A strong work ethic The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
Must pass drug screen and background check prior to start working.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
